Thanksgiving Eve

Writer's picture: cmdcmd

The holidays are here! Can you believe it? I can't. I feel like we were just at the park spinning on the carousel. I miss when we could play outside. However the snow is beautiful this time of year. (What I hate is the four feet of snow at a time, ughhh)

The DiMascio house is once again battling illness. Nora has a nasty head cold and I have pneumonia. Yippee. So we have been doing some serious resting. Well, Nora hasn't. My mom just bought her a new mini trampoline so she's been a jumpin' fool this evening. hehe. No off button on that child! :) Back to the holidays- Happy Thanksgiving Eve! Holy moly do I have so much to be thankful for this year. Of course I am thankful for my family and my friends. That's a given. I would be lost without them. Especially during this time. The support and love they show is never ending. My heart is full.

Andrew will always be my person, and so will my mom. I'd sink if it wasn't for those two.

I'm thankful for the Early Intervention program. I'm thankful Sharon came into our lives. I'm thankful Katrina, Sue and Lauren will teach and support Nora for the next year and a half until we outgrow the program. I'm thankful I have a job I enjoy. I'm thankful my bosses are kind and supportive when it comes to my family and schedule. I'm thankful for my fur babies and my beautiful home. I could go on and on. I hope all of my family and friends near and far get to spend the holidays the way that makes them happy. I hope you all get to spend it with the people that matter most. If you're reading this, I am so very thankful for you. Happy Holidays. Love Always, Caitlin
