We are nearly two months into school. Rough start, but now Nora seems excited to go. I hate that she’s 40 minutes away, but I know it’s what’s best for her. She seems happy and it’s tiring her out a bit, so I know she’s getting some of the stimulation she needs. She’s on winter break. She hasn’t slept and I think it’s because she’s off routine and has a cold. Since school started her sleeping seemed better, but now I wonder if it was Coincidence? Who knows. It‘s almost 4am and we are watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. She’s dancing and singing. I’m sitting on the couch wishing I had half the energy she has.

Someday this household will sleep through the night, but tonight I’m just going to watch my almost three year old pound yogurts and dance like Minnie.
